Grass-fed beef heart is very popular. Our grass-fed beef heart comes from our grass-fed/grass finished beef. Our cows have never had anything but grass to eat. They have never had added hormones or antibiotics. We rotate our cows every day on new grass so they get the best nutrients possible by eating fresh green grass every day.

Best when cooked quickly on the grill (try them as kabobs!) or seared in the pan, our grass-fed heart can also be included in a beef stew to add another layer of flavor..
