Grass-fed beef liver is very popular. Our grass-fed beef liver comes from our grass-fed/grass finished beef. Our cows have never had anything but grass to eat. They have never had added hormones or antibiotics. We rotate our cows every day on new grass so they get the best nutrients possible by eating fresh green grass every day.
High in nutritional value, liver is often used sautéed or in stir fry. Best when cooked through, but not overcooked as it can get chewy quickly.
