Description
Grass-fed fat (suet) is very beneficial in so many ways. When comparing fats for cooking remember; all fats are not created equal. Conjugated Linoleic Acid or (CLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid (naturally occurring trans fat) found primarily in Beef and Dairy. Studies have shown these fats may provide a whole host of health benefits. These are very different from the trans fats found in manufactured hydrogenated vegetable oils which have been linked to inflammation and obesity. By most estimates, grass-fed and grass-finished beef can be 300-500% richer in CLA than grain-fed animals.
Bone broth from grass-fed beef soup bones is rich in collagen protein and essential amino acids, vitamins & minerals.
