We have grass fed beef for sale in three ways (whole, half or quarter). Order a whole beef and have it processed exactly the way you want. With a whole beef, you will end up with between 375 to 425 pounds of packaged meat. That’s a bunch of meat.

We will take the beef to the processor for you. We will send you a processing sheet so you can select how you would like your beef processed. If you’re within 20 miles of downtown Kansas City we will deliver it to you or you can pick it up at our River Market location.

The remainder will be required upon delivery. The price per pound of packaged meat is $10.75. If your whole grass-fed beef ends up producing 400 pounds of packaged meat, your total will be $4,300.

For a family of two, a whole beef may be more than they need. For those families we have the ability to purchase half of a grass-fed beef. It takes up less freezer space and it’s better for a family of two.

In order to sell a half of a beef we need someone to purchase the other half. If you know someone that would want the other half let us know. If you don’t know of anyone we will have to wait until we receive another order for a half of a grass-fed beef.

Once we have two families that want half of a beef we will take the cow to the processing company. We will send each of you a processing sheet so you can have your half processed the way you want (size of hamburger packages, thickness of steaks, cuts, etc.).

The remainder will be required upon delivery. The price per pound of packaged meat is $10.75. If your half ends up producing 200 pounds of packaged meat, your total will be $2,150.

For a single person, a half of a beef may be more than you need. For those people we have the ability to sell you a quarter of a grass-fed beef. It takes up less freezer space and it’s better for a single person.

In order to sell a quarter of a beef we need to find someone to purchase the three quarters. If you know someone that would want the a quarter or half let us know. If you don’t know of anyone we will have to wait until we receive more orders to process yours.
