Our 100% grass fed/grass finished is naturally raised on our ranch just North of Kansas City, MO. Our cows are rotated daily on to new lush pastures free of pesticides. Our cows have never had grain or been given hormones.
Shelf Stable Without the Chemicals
We use old world methods of fermenting our sticks so they are shelf stable without the use of chemicals or questionable ingredients. Virtually all other similar snack stick products use GMO corn-based citric acid encapsulated in hydrogenated oils to process their products. Thanks to this fermentation process, each stick contains gut-friendly probiotics!

Truly pasture-raised cows are much healthier than grain fed cows and contain higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. The extra flavor comes from the increased omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acid ratio. When omega-6 levels are too high inflammation sets in and changes the flavor profile.
With such high quality ingredients we didn’t want to degrade the product in the processing. While most snack stick products contain a health-damaging ingredient called encapsulated citric acid, we naturally ferment our sticks which results in a delicious, shelf stable product with the presence of gut-friendly probiotics.
